By using this service, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Service Description

odkz.sk is a URL shortening service available in both a free and a paid (PRO) version. Every shortened link is checked using the Google Safe Browsing API before it is created.

3. Prohibited Uses

It is prohibited to use odkz.sk for:

• The distribution of malware, viruses, or harmful software
• Phishing and Fraudulent Websites
• Content that infringes copyright
• Spam and Mass Mailings
• Illegal content under current Slovak and EU legislation
• Circumventing the Service's Technical Restrictions

4. Anonymous Links

Anonymous shortened links are available without registration and expire 7 days after creation. The limit is 3 anonymous links per 24 hours per IP address, with a 1-minute cooldown between creations.

5. Free Plan

Registered users on the free plan can create up to 5 permanent links without a 7-day expiration. Available features include UTM parameters, password-protected links, basic QR codes, and analytics for the past 24 hours.

6. Paid Plan (PRO) and Trial Period

The PRO plan is available for €4.99 + VAT per month or €49.99 + VAT per year (The Creem payment gateway, as the Merchant of Record, charges VAT based on the customer’s country; the exact final price will be displayed at checkout) and includes:

• Up to 30 permanent links
• Custom Abbreviations
• Customizable QR codes (colors, styles, logo)
• Adjustable expiration and click limits for links
• Geo and device routing (routing by country or device)
• A/B Testing of Link Variants
• Unlimited analytical history

Every new registered user automatically receives the PRO plan for free for 1 month (trial period). After this period ends, the account will automatically switch to the Free plan unless the user activates a PRO subscription.

7. Liability

WEB Vision is not responsible for the content of links shortened via odkaz.sk. The operator reserves the right to remove any link without prior notice.

8. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

The operator reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Registered users will be notified of any changes by email.

9. Alternative Dispute Resolution for Consumer Disputes

If, as a consumer, you are not satisfied with the way we have handled your claim or complaint, you have the right to contact an alternative dispute resolution entity in accordance with Act No. 391/2015 Z. z.:
